Dear Junipurr Family,
I hope you had a great May! We are loving the weather here in Canada, and are trying to spend as much time as we can outdoors. I got a new bike for Charlotte and am trying to teach her how to ride even though I don't know how to!! We're grateful to have had a few gatherings with friends and families this month, which is something we missed so so much!
From a Junipurr perspective, we are happy to welcome 6 new members to our Junipurr Pro Team - Alexandra Letarte, Casey Morason, Daryn Webb, Vishal Rambharose, Patricia Brewster and Annie Buechlein.
For everyone who has applied, we really appreciate your dedication to the Junipurr brand and the fact you understand what we are all about. We loved reading your answers and it gave us great insight into what steps we can take to improve our business and serve you better.
We continued to come up with new Pro Tips from our Pro Team - focused on what to keep in mind when placing your first gold order. If you have any questions you would like answered, please respond to this email.
We also did a major restock and launched our Scene Collection this month along with 12 other new designs this month! Lastly, we are happy to have Jess Flowers as our May recipient of our Piercer Growth Fund!

Steel Pins?
First of all, thank you to all of you for your trust and support of Junipurr over the past 2 years.
As we continue working to see how we can improve our products, we have been trialling steel pins in-house since last year and we are pleased, after multiple rounds of positive feedback, to have recently launched our new designs and restock items with all-steel pins.
We would love to get your feedback on how you feel about them and if you love them as much as we do. While returns have been very slow at around 0.3%, we believe this will reduce that number further. Thank you in advance for completing this short survey. We will continue to gather feedback to make the best decisions possible.
This steel pin beta does not affect our existing warranty and return policies. We offer a lifetime warranty on our products and that will not change.

Bring in your own vibes, create a scene where people want to come to your studio to pick our beautiful pieces of jewellery and start small. The big ticket items gain you less profit when you sell one, vs 10 basics! And always, reach out to us pro team members cuz I’m always happy to help!" - Courtney Rose
"Start with a few pieces and reinvest the profits from those back into a bigger order the next time. Get a beautiful big“show stopper” to wow your clients, as well as a few more basic lower price point items. Photography makes a huge difference. Post pictures of the jewelry to help the clients see what new things you have. Offering to do special orders for clients with a deposit also helps a lot in the beginning. Once the clients see it in real life, they will fall in love. Feel free to reach out and ask us, we are here to help!" - Annie Buechlein

Piercer Growth Fund

What's Next?
In June, we're celebrating Pride month! The LGBTQIA+ community has always played a substantial role in the history of body piercing, and we'll be using our platform to amplify the voices of the community.
