My name is Alexandra, but I go by Allexe or Lexie. I am a paralegal graduate, but first and foremost, I am a professional piercer.
As far as I can remember, I have been fascinated by piercings, tattoos and the body modifications. I always dreamed of having my own studio, working with fine jewelry and raising awareness about industry standards for cleanliness in my province.
I started my apprenticeship in 2009, it was not easy but I wouldn’t change it for anything. Along the way, I found a community that accepts me as I am and that supports me, for that I am blessed.
My studio, The Sapphire Heart is located in Gatineau (QC). I am infinitely proud to be head piercer of the first and only studio in my region to carry and work exclusively with quality jewelry. It’s such an incredible privilege to be able to do what I am passionate about for a living, I could never express my gratitude enough.
